I’m deeply passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and well-being. With over 80% of illness being stress-related, I believe that managing stress isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. Our bodies are hardwired to respond to stress with fight-or-flight reactions that impair focus, weaken the immune system, and disrupt sleep.
Through years of using personal development and mindfulness techniques, I’ve cultivated a lifestyle that supports vibrant health in body, mind, and spirit. As a certified stress coach, I’ve helped many clients regain clarity, boost their energy, and sleep better by managing stress more effectively. I am a Stress Reduction Coach.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 20 years ago. I have been successfully controlling my blood sugar with mainly a mixture of diet, exercise, and, until 2021, metformin. I reduced my blood sugar from fifteen to about six by changing my diet and lifestyle. I mainly gave up eating chocolate and eating very late at night. Most of the people who ask me how I control my blood sugar so well are unable to motivate themselves to make the changes in their lifestyle.
You only have one body, and it deserves only the best. Your body is your vehicle, which supports you and needs you to take care of it in times of good health or when experiencing health challenges.
